Over the past couple of days, I have had the chance of reading the book, The Kite Runner. While the book is about 400 pages in length, the book is a very easy read, but yet so emotionally draining at the same time. The movie of the same name is set to release on December 14th, and I for one am excited for this movie to come out. I highly recommend this book to everyone and I will not spoil the details, except to say that I could not put the book down. "For you, a thousand times over" and "Now there is a way to be good again" are a couple of lines that take on so much meaning will stick with you after reading the book. I think that this will be a book that English classes will study for many years to come and will be remembered as a classic of our time. Read the book, then go watch the movie.
